This is a part-time, flexible position (4 days, 4 hours per day).

Position Summary:
Responsible for a variety of administrative functions to assist the Care Community departments. All tasks require a high degree of confidentiality.

Essential Functions:
  • Because HCF exists to care for our residents, regular attendance and punctuality are essential to provide quality care and service

  • Must be able to complete performance requirements independently while using good judgment as well as have the ability to harmoniously work with others
  • Must be able to read, write and understand the English language
Position Responsibilities:
  • Must follow HCF Policies and Procedures
  • Serves as Receptionist
  • Responsible for maintaining both employee and resident files
  • Collects resident resources/private pay room and board in accordance with HCF policy
  • Maintains the resident trust account and daily census information
  • Collaborates with residents, families, and third parties in a professional manner
  • Assists with the admission process
  • Accurately completes and audits benefit enrollment and other misc. forms, (401k, OSHA 300, personnel file)
  • Assists in coordination and preparation of new and existing staff orientation and training
  • Assists with employee recruiting efforts for the facility
  • Assists with bi-weekly processing of payroll
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High School diploma required. College and/or vocational administrative schooling desired. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
