About this role

Aladdin® is an operating system for investment managers that seeks to connect the information, people, and technology needed to manage money in real time. This includes new sets of capabilities that help Aladdin deliver more value to current and prospective clients.

Your team

We are seeking a teammate who is resourceful, organized, professional, and communicative to join the Aladdin COO team. This role is to provide administrative support to the COO of BlackRock Solutions and senior members of the Team. BRS is a fast-paced area of the business which requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team and the foresight to escalate issues when appropriate.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage complex scheduling, anticipate needs for each meeting, and provide required materials in advance

  • Manage travel, including booking transportation, hotel and connections

  • Lead expense and compliance processing and tracking

You have…

  • 7-10 years of corporate administrative experience in roles that support senior management, preferably at a top financial services firm

  • Experience in FinTech a plus

  • Outstanding skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

  • Experience and proficiency working with automated expense tracking, online travel, and similar systems

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

  • Passion for team building, forging connections and encouraging firm culture

  • Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent assignments and meet deadlines

  • Ability and willingness to work independently in a fast-paced, demanding environment

Our hybrid work model
