Opportunity at a Glance
In this role you will perform a variety of general administrative activities in support of the campus operations and all aspects of the Operations team including IT, Student Services, Admissions, Clinical Coordination, and Careers Services. This position reports to the Dean of Academic Affairs. The typical hours for this position are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, i.e., typing correspondence and reports, managing supervisors calendar, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Review reports and other documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Maximize office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications.
- Identify administrative needs and develops appropriate solutions or recommendations; researches and develops resources tocreate timely and efficient workflow.
- Answer inquiries, uses discretion when handling difficult calls and routes calls to appropriate individual.
- Maintains contact with customers and outside vendors
- Completes other administrative duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent required.- 3 - 5 years of previous relevant administrative experience including typing, use of computer software programs such as MS Word, Outlook, and Excel, internet applications, and office equipment.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Attention to detail and mental concentration are necessary for accurately performing tasks.
