Overview:
Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Administrative Services Supervisor for the The Medical Institute of New Jersey (MINJ) office, part of Atlantic Medical Group

With offices in Cedar Knolls, NJ and Mendham, NJ is currently seeking an experienced medical office professional to provide leadership, guidance and supervision to the office staff to ensure safe, quality care in an efficient and productive manner.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
  • The Administrative Services Supervisor will prepare MOA schedules, supervise staff, conduct staff evaluations, train new staff members, hold departmental meetings, prepare practice reports, and ensure all AMG policies are being implemented by staff.
Qualifications:
Education:
  • High School Diploma required
  • College and/or continuing education courses preferred
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years in a medical office required, supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Effective organizational and time management skills necessary to manage and prioritize multiple task and projects
  • Capability to communicate and train staff in their roles
  • Must have skills necessary to problem solve, supervise, educate and make appropriate decisions
