Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for an
Administrative Specialist to provide support to the Kessel Run (KR) Division, which is within the USAF Digital Directorate and is located at Hanscom AFB, MA.
JOB STATUS: Full time; salaried
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative assistance to all team members in the Front Office Group (FOG)
- Research, compile, and track information pertaining to multiple projects and topics, managing logs related to suspense systems and various reports as needed.
- Provide meeting support, by scheduling meetings and coordinating conference rooms and conference calls.
- Review and route correspondence; maintain files as Record Custodian and maintain SharePoint site.
- Update status of training for Branch personnel; administer in-processing and out-processing activities.
- Update personnel rosters, organizational charts, and appointment letters; assist with Civilian Pay issues.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree and 6 years of administrative support experience required of which 3 must be DoD or US Air Force.
- Skill in applying widely used government software and familiarity with standard government operating capabilities such as MS Office, Google Docs, SharePoint, LCMC.
- Must have an active US Security Clearance.
- Candidate must be a US citizen.
