We are looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Specialist. We are a company that has a passion for making a difference in the lives of children. This candidate would be checking in patients, answering phones and doing some administrative tasks. The Ideal Candidate:
- Has high integrity and is very dependable;
- Is able to multitask while maintaining a high degree of accuracy under pressure;
- Is adaptable and flexible to work with interruptions in various settings;
- Possesses good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment;
- Can resolve issues/complaints in a professional manner;
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion;
- Has excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Computer literate is a must - Microsoft Office 365 preferred.
