Rosewood Centers for Eating Disorders, a renowned treatment provider for over two decades, seeks a seasoned behavioral health administrator to join us in Arizona as an Executive Director.
In late 2020, Rosewood became part of Monte Nido & Affiliates, a national leader with over 25 years of experience delivering proven treatment to those overcoming eating disorders. Based at the primary campus in Wickenburg, the ED oversees all Rosewood operations, including the onsite inpatient/residential programs and satellite day treatment centers. Business, fiscal, and operational responsibilities are all under the scope of the ED.
Rosewood’s main facility in Wickenburg, AZ, provides 42 beds for inpatient/residential levels of care, serving both adults and adolescents of all genders. Partial Hospital and Intensive Outpatient Programs, collectively known as Day Treatment, are available at satellite clinics in Tempe and Wickenburg.

The Executive Director oversees all business, fiscal and operational responsibilities for Rosewood Centers for Eating Disorders including onsite inpatient/residential programs and satellite day treatment centers. The ED is responsible for providing 24-hour management of all functions of the facility. They oversee the entire admission process and/or clinical intake process. In addition, they are responsible for providing effective leadership to the staff, having knowledge of the organization, providing marketing support for the facility, and directing all activities in accordance with standards of State and Federal regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing leadership and direction to all managers and staff.
- Maintain staffing levels through effective recruiting and retention.
- Develop annual budget and business plan and attain yearly goals.
- Ensure compliance with all oversight bodies, including The Joint Commission and Federal, State, and local regulations.
- For changes in standards of care, collaborate with all disciplines to plan, prepare, and implement such changes.
- Represent Rosewood and Monte Nido & Affiliates in professional organizations, and join public relations efforts when needed.
- In an emergency or declared state of emergency, may be required to stay onsite as a part of the emergency team until emergency has ended.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a clinical healthcare or administrative discipline, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting that includes multiple levels of care and multiple medical units/departments with continuous quality improvement standards skills to relate to all levels of management staff
- Must have leadership experience in residential treatment settings
