ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISTANT Job at Tailored Foam, Inc.
Tailored Foam, Inc is looking to fill an administrative support role based in our Tyler, Texas office. The primary responsibilities include answering phone calls, scanning, and emailing documents, some accounting and cataloging of expenses, processing of new hire paperwork. Detailed data entry in JobPro software. The ideal candidate is comfortable with Microsoft office, is organized, detail oriented, proactive and is a good communicator. The job will have several routine weekly tasks but will vary depending on the needs of the scheduling coordinator and the division manager. Flexibility and a willingness to be a team player are critical traits. We are looking for someone willing to work 20 hours per week. The daily start and end times can be discussed and negotiated at the time of hiring.
Job duties include taking calls, entering data, creating reports, helping with any phone calls in and out, providing messages from incoming calls, assisting with paperwork, and performing other tasks as directed. Some filing will be required.
