About You
Were looking for an experienced Admissions Manager to support our online Web Development bootcamps.
Your primary responsibility will be to help communicate with potential software engineering students through email and zoom calls, and help to provide answers to their questions, set up payments, and sign them up to our programs.
You are naturally outgoing, well organized, and a self-starter who doesnt wait to be told what to do. You are highly empathetic, and feel comfortable communicating with our potential students.
You have experience with Software Engineering and / or the tech sector, and have worked with sales or admissions workflows and CRM tools like HubSpot. This is a remote role, and you will be working closely with our global team of instructors, program managers and student success managers.
We look for people who have a deep passion for sharing their knowledge and significant real-world experience. Educational experience is a bonus, as is a technical background and knowledge of software engineering.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Act as the first and continual point of contact for prospective students from enquiry through to the enrolment into the programmes using a variety of methods (email, phone and social media).
- Proactively qualify inbound leads and arrange interviews.
- Arrange, manage and conduct student interviews through online zoom meetings.
- Develop and maintain our CRM, managing a pipeline of prospects and opportunities and tracking all customer interactions
- Helping to answer questions about the program, liaising with our instructor team and program managers and ensure we bring qualified students onto the program
- To manage the payment workflows and reporting, to ensure we reach our student admission goals for each cohort.
- Effectively lead and participate in initiatives to help drive student recruitment and enrolment opportunities, including online events, attend conferences and webinars, and networking within the wider tech community
- To provide compassionate, constructive feedback to students, as well as coaching and inspiring students to help them reach their full potential
- Actively contribute to our growing global community, and work with all of the other members of the global Skills Union team to ensure the success of our students
- Any other reasonable responsibilities as the need arises.

Working Hours:
This role is a full-time remote role (~40hrs a week). Working hours flexible, but do ensure availability during the bootcamp durations (7-9pm in London/NY/LA time zones). Occasional meetings with global team.
