We are seeking an Adobe AJO Solution Implementation Consultant to join our team for an opportunity with our cleint, UnitedHealth Group (UHG). You will help our client define the necessary business, technology, data, and reporting business requirements to support their member engagement migration to Adobe's Experience Cloud. This will include design, interaction with data systems, develop and promote appropriate business process flow and the implementation of the member journeys to support a nurture engagement paradigm change taking place.

This is a 100% remote position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand current-state consumer engagement tactics and tools
• Work with marketing managers and other stakeholder to define key requirements to support the migration to Adobe Journey Orchestration capability
• Work closely with IT and data resources to translate requirements and ensure they are meeting the business need
• Help make decisions on tools including features needed, implementation details, and interaction with data sources.
• Provide Adobe Journey Orchestration implementation expertise to guide, configure, test, and rollout new campaigns
• Work with a team of IT, contractors, vendors, and internal developers to implement the tools and processes
• Create campaign decision tree flows to support a nurturing member experience
• Document all aspects of the implementation
• Coordinate knowledge transfer to client resources
• Regularly present to various and diverse internal partners and/or stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

Required:

• Experience with Adobe Journey Orchestration as well as understanding key integrations with other products within the Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target, will prove beneficial
• Technical competency to define and implement a modern marketing technical architecture
• Ability to understand and influence company processes to achieve marketing objectives
• Ability to work well with others producing a set of defined requirements, influencing those requirements, and then executing to a roadmap.
• Five plus years of related experience working with digital targeting and marketing automation technologies
• Experience with Adobe Journey Orchestration and Customer Journey Analytics
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and data reporting
• Strong understanding of Healthcare data models
• Ability to learn new technologies and to identify use case opportunities
• Solid understanding of general marketing business models, concepts, and strategies
• Self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer success
• Possesses an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively
• Understanding of database management and/or APIs
• Experience working on Agile marketing teams
