After-School Site Lead Job at Strategic Kids, LLC
Job Description
-The site lead will be in charge of running the daily operations of our after-school programs. Primary responsibilities include creating daily and weekly schedules, managing the staff on-site, coordinating with district staff, enforcing rules and expectations, and coordinating with Strategic Kids program directors and schedulers.
Experience required:
-Experience in after-school programs
-Well-developed group management skills
-Time management and organizational skills
-Experience making schedules
-Staff supervision
-Experience working with children
-Spanish speaking (a plus)
-ECU units (a plus)
Required:
-Monday-Friday
-Available from 12:00 noon - 6:00 pm
-Reliable transportation
-Able to pass a livescan background check
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 per hour
