Compensation: Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Who you are:
- Will you do whatever it takes to make at least $100,000 a year?
- Are you willing to follow proven systems and models?
- Will you practice, memorize, and use our proven sales scripts verbatim?
- If you don't have a Real Estate license, you will commit to invest 8-12 weeks to obtain a Real
Estate license (Cost $1,700). We will reimburse you after 90 days in position.

Requirements:
- Must be able to work 40 hrs/week
- Obtain a real estate license.
- Work in office (Sugar House)
Compensation Structure:
- Paid 2x per month
- You will earn 5% commission on all closed transactions that started by you setting the appointment, which will yield you $750 per closed transaction and totaling a minimum $3,000
commission per month in addition to your monthly guaranteed salary. My top agents are closing 8 deals per month ($6,000 commission).
