Agricultural Irrigation Foreman Job at Agri Services International

We are now seeking an Agricultural Irrigation Foreman to lead our crew of 4-5 laborers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems.
Located in Baxley, Georgia, this role is ideal for candidates living in Baxley, Hazlehurst, Alma, or Odum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team in irrigation installation, repair, and maintenance
- Log daily work activities
- Operate machinery such as backhoes, trenchers, and tractors
- Report any unsafe or illegal activities to the Production Manager
- Report irrigation repair and maintenance needs to the Production Manager
Qualifications:
- Experience in the agricultural irrigation industry
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, hydraulics, pump systems, and electrical systems
- Strong customer service skills and leadership abilities
- Previous supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license
Pay: $18-$25/hour, based on experience.
