Operate all equipment needed for field work, manure/silage hauling, pivot operation and general farm labor
This is a full-time position, 40-60+ hours per week depending on seasonal needs. This position is focused in Firth, but there will be a seasonal need for spring and fall chopping in Kansas
Duties
- Operate all farm equipment
- Equipment includes semis, tractors, sprayers, swather, planter, chopper and manure applicator
- Obtain and maintain CDL license
- Able to perform simple preventative maintenance and repairs
- Able to read and monitor gauges, dials and other indicators
- Report mechanical issues and field problems in timely manner
- Small welding tasks
- Ensure company equipment, materials, and the work site are maintained and kept in a safe working manner
- Able to follow direction, yet work independently
- Other duties as assigned

Compensation
- Starting pay is $15+ per hour

- 401K eligible upon completion of 6 months
- Evaluations at 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and then yearly
