Business Development

  • Recognize opportunities to provide additional services, including cross-selling, to existing client base and participate in networking opportunities to secure new business leads

Client Service

  • Prepare and/or oversee preparation of monthly financial statements using SN and client resources
  • Prepare summary explanations of variances of actual performance to budget for review by the OAS CFO.
  • Monitor and update accounting procedures used by SN OAS team to ensure that we are delivering timely and accurate financial statement to our client.
  • Oversee OAS or Client Accounts Payable/Payroll/Receivables function ensuring transactions are posted timely.
  • Assist OAS CFO with cost accounting analysis, standard cost updates, and product profitability analysis.
  • Create and prepare ad-hoc reports requested by CFO and client, typically used to monitor initiatives within the client organization and add value to the client.
  • Always look for ways to help our clients and the firm improve processes and profitability and communicating suggestions to appropriate parties

  • Maintain a professional demeanor with all client interactions
  • Willingness to learn additional accounting and payroll software programs

Leadership

  • Collaboration with internal team and client to complete tasks
  • Ability to manage client projects with minimal oversite
  • Train, develop, and educate OAS and Staff level personnel, both at the client and within OAS team.
  • Direct supervisor to OAS team on engagements you are responsible for.
  • Provide guidance to teammates, be approachable to any questions/inquiries, and ultimately help the team be successful
