Specialty Aluminum foundry located in Adairsville, GA is accepting applications for production and manufacturing positions. The facility operates on a 7 day/24 hour schedule and most positions are on a 12 hour flex shift that works 3 days one week and 4 days the next week. Company is seeking candidates that are looking for long-term employment with a successful and stable company and are willing to learn and grow as part of the team. Forklift experience is desirable; candidates must be able and willing to work in a hot environment. Company offers competitive wages starting at $22 per hour with Operator pay ranging from $23.38 to $27.36 per hour as well an additional $2 per hour in night shift incentive. Uniforms are provided at no cost by the company. We also offer generous healthcare benefits, pro-rated 40 hours vacation following your 90-day probationary period and 80 hours your first full year of employment, and a quarterly Loyalty Program payout.

Responsibilities:

• Prep and Clean Casting Tools
• Assist Operator in Prepping Casting Equipment
• Assist Operator during Casting Process
• Pull Aluminum Billets and Slabs from Casting Pit and Place on Lay Down Rack
• Operate Overhead Crane
• Breaking Scrap Bales
• Weigh and Record Weights
• Operate Large Mobile Equipment
• Assist Operator in Repair of Casting Station
• Assist in all Housekeeping Activity
• Load and Unload Billets and Slabs onto and off of Equipment
• Identify Defects in Material
• Positive Attitude in Learning New Skills
• Willing to Perform all Tasks in a Safe Manner and follow all Established Guidelines
• Willing and Able to Provide Training as Necessary
• Ability to Communicate and Work with Other Employees

Pay is tier based and increases as you gain more skill.
