Essential Functions…
u Stage raw materials for use during Alvey production runs as scheduled.
u Maintain equipment stocked with raw materials for continuous operation.
u Responsible for maintaining documentation associated with operations.
u Assist Line Technician’s as necessary.
u Upholds quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated area.
u Communicates with other team members to ensure efficient plant operations.
u Setup oncoming shift for successful run.
u Expected to perform any duties necessary to support the team
u Adhere and follow all policy and procedures.
u Maintain a safe and clean work area.
u Show honesty and respect toward towards others.
u Communicator.
u Various tasks involving the responsibility of the food safety and quality of company products.
Education and Experience…
Physical Requirements…
® High School Diploma or Equivalent
® Good basic math and reading skills.
® Good oral communication and human relations skills.
® 2 years of manufacturing experience is preferred
® Strong computer skills required – prefer PC platform
® Ability to work in a team environment
® Able to perform multi able tasks
® Must possess strong organizational skills
® Ability to work with all levels of employees.
® Standing: Long periods (a minimum of 6 hours)
® Sitting: Occasionally for short periods
® Walking: Frequently
® Bending: Frequently
® Lifting: Light (less than 30 lbs) infrequently
® Carrying: Light (30-50 lbs) infrequently distance – 100 ft
® Pushing/Pulling: under 75 lbs without assistance infrequently
