We are seeking a full-time, experienced Maintenance Technician II that is dynamic, organized and a self-starter to join our team at Edgewood Villas located in Lansing, MI.
Tasks include:
- Cleaning and picking up grounds
- Prepping units for move-in
- Assisting with overall maintenance of the community
- Maintaining curb appeal
The ideal candidate MUST be:
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Able to pass a drug screen prior to employment
