INH Properties is seeking a Full Time experienced and responsible Maintenance Technician for a luxury, new construction, Multi-Family Apartment building located in Maplewood, MN. Living on-site is preferred. A minimum 2 years building maintenance experience and a strong desire to assist in keeping the grounds/building in good repair.
