New Buffalo Shirt Factory is an award winning T-shirt printer and we are looking to add to our production and printing staff. We are a stable employer, with a long, rich history in the printed apparel market. Our pay is competitive - starting at $15.75 - $20.00 depending on job duties, shift differential and experience. Our benefits include the following:

Our jobs do require some minimum qualifications, such as:
- Ability to move and be on your feet during the work day
- Be able to lift cartons of shirts weighing 30 lbs.
- Have a general understanding of basic math - counting to 12, addition and subtraction of whole numbers... No trigonometry here - thank god!
- You must have good vision (corrected or natural). You should be able to discern color well, and not have any colorblindness or difficulty identifying colors with your eyes.
- Understand written and verbal instructions and be able to communicate effectively with other team members.
- Understand and follow the safety procedures to keep our workplace accident free and safe for everyone.
- Have a basic understanding of general computer use. We will train you on the rest.
