This entry-level Apprentice HVAC Installer position earns a competitive wage of $14-$16 an hour, depending on experience. We provide generous benefits and perks! After 60 days, our apprentices are eligible for paid training, paid health insurance, company-provided uniforms, and a company-funded life insurance policy of $25,000. Plus after 6 months we offer a company-funded tool account with $25/month or $300/year. After a year, our employees enjoy a 401(k) plan with employer match, paid vacation, and 6 paid holidays. APPRENTICE HVAC INSTALLER QUALIFICATIONS
- Mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug tests
- Physical ability to lift 60+ lbs perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems
