Description:
- Work with marketing director to identify and develop architectural projects
- Advise architects, designers, specifics and construction specialists on performance powder
- Develop potential projects and work with team to establish techniques for new business opportunities
- Deliver product information in person, on the phone and via email
- Deliver product presentations, lunch and learns and customer sales training
- Travel to designated regions and build IFS architectural presence
- Build and maintain relationships with design professionals
- Manage IFS presence in architectural physical and digital libraries
- Create and send materials specialists newsletter
- Manage long term architectural projects e.g. HPDs
- Manage IFS Registered Applicator Program
- Contribute to IFS architectural newsletter and other architectural marketing initiatives
- Attend tradeshows as required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, chemistry or similar
- Candidate should be well organized, persuasive, friendly and professional
- Knowledge of architectural coatings is desired but not essential
- Travel is required
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Multitasking skills
- 5+ years sales experience
