Top 20 car wash chain in the U.S.A is seeking an Area Manager to manage multiple locations in the Bullhead City and Lake Havasu area. The company is seeking a candidate with strong management and mechanical experience who can lead a team. The candidate should have experience with multi site management and great leadership skills.
The position includes a base salary but also includes a bonus plan that allows growth in income with the success of the region. Starting pay will have a base of $70,000.00 but could be higher depending on experience.

Our Area Management position is essential to the structure and success of the car washes, ensuring the highest customer satisfaction from our staff and facility. Responsibilities include multiple location over site of; daily site operations, mechanical and maintenance repairs, customer service, money deposits, scheduling, inventory tracking, and supply ordering.
Managers need to have proven skills in:
- Training and developing their team
- Able to communicate and delegate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Basic Mechanic ability
