We’re currently looking for a highly professional, customer service focused, and career minded Area Manager in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. Interstate’s Area Managers are responsible for the daily operations of assigned parking lots and facilities.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with using new technology.
- A customer-centric approach with 2 – 3 years of relevant customer support and staff management experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, or property management.
- A high school degree required; a two-year or four-year degree is preferred.

- Create and implement strategies to maximize profitability of assigned locations.
- Responsible for budget management, expense management, and financial review of assigned locations.
- Build a broad and growing customer/client base by consistently meeting the needs of landlords and property managers.
- Create and maintain professional relationships with all customers, vendors, team members, co-workers, and clients.
- Responsible for the management and development of a team of parking professionals.
- Conduct field audits to ensure effectiveness of revenue collection procedures.
- Monitor parking locations for cleanliness, signage, and safety.
