The Assembler/Packer is primarily responsible for assembling components and packing products according to guidelines and protocols set by our production standards. This person will work within our Production Team, carrying-out an array of processing methods established to prepare and package finished products for retail and shipping.

The Assembler/Packer will be keenly aware of the processes within the Production Department. This person will know every aspect of the process and requirements necessary to present a final product that meets quality control standards. They will be aware of the operations needed to deliver 100% customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Stacks cut fabrics in a concise order as demonstrated by the Material Handler
• Prepares and Packages product in the provided packaging
• Works as a team player always willing to help others
• Update time sheets and keep track of time spent on each kit
• Organization

Qualifications for the Job

• Good dexterity for handling fabrics, bags and labels.
• Able to stand for eight hours at a time, 40 hours a week.
• Able to communicate with team members and supervisors
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• A working knowledge of Word and Excel for creating and printing labels.
• Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to learn and utilize our internal information/computer systems
