Assembly Job at IQ Resource Group, Inc.
1st Shift
- 5am-3pm Tuesday- Friday
- 5:30am-3:30pm Monday- Thursday
- 5:45am-1:45pm Monday-Friday
Job Duties:
- Read and follow directions to complete a step-by-step assembly process.
- Use computers to follow assembly directions
- Assemble products by hand using basic hand tools
- Test and inspect finished product to ensure it meets quality standards
- Packaging product
- Achieve metric goals regarding how many pieces you need to assemble.
Qualifications:
- Basic Computer Skills (Can easily navigate a computer, learn programs, type, and use a mouse effectively.)
- Employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good oral and written communication skills are necessary.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and be comfortable completing different tasks on a frequent basis.
