EZ Loader is opening a new location in Napavine, WA. We are looking for a an Assembly Foreman who has strong skills in training, developing and leading our assemblers. Our potential start date is March 15th.
Summary: The Assembly Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the Assembly Departments to ensure production schedules are met. As the liaison between employees and the supervisor, the foreman will be the key person in charge of overseeing the completion of production orders, unloading and putting up incoming loads, quality assurance of both incoming and out going product,
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to carry out essential job functions, included but not limited to:
· Must be a leader
· Review work orders, product specs, and blueprints for scheduled work assignments within the department on the basis of priority and worker skill.
· Assign duties to department group leaders to coincide with current production schedules and ensure work is performed in a safe and qualified manner.
· Oversee and ensure that all safety rules are being followed at all times
· Maintain inventory of quality tools, air hoses, wrenches, toque wrenches, impacts etc.

· Ability to delegate responsibilities and individual projects to the employees
· Maintain daily, weekly and monthly production goals
· Perform quality inspections on every trailer produced before it’s removed from the stand
· Inspect all out going deliveries to dealers to insure a safe stack and that all loose parts are included with the load
· Develop and oversee quality standards
· Emphasis on the safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment including training on safety gear and procedures
· Resolve conflicts or miscommunication that may happen on-site quickly and amicably
· Document with office coordinator and Sales & Operations Manager all staff misconduct and attendance issue
· Report production status to supervisor
Work schedule:
Monday – Friday
Background check and Pre-employment drug & Medical screens will be required.
Compensation:
Starts at $23.00 per hour, DOE
