The salary range for this position is $80k-$85k annually.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Supervise Family Services Department staff.
  • Interview/hire new staff.
  • Supervise and train Behavior Evaluators and In-home staff.
  • Maintain communication with parents/staff.
  • Coordinate with Behavior staff and Service Coordination staff to maintain consistent services
  • Address parent and staff concerns.
  • Oversee, review, maintain individual documentation and ensure individuals written goals are consistent, appropriate and individualized and compliant with OPWDD regulations.
  • Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and ensure habilitation plans are updated as necessary and consistent with the valued outcomes indicated in each individuals Individualized Service Plan.
  • Ensure accurate assessments regarding individuals functioning level and problem areas.
  • Identify program areas in need of improvement and develop alternative approaches.
  • Develop training curriculum for staff in up-to date therapeutic approaches.
  • Report problems/concerns to supervisors.
  • Complete required orientation and trainings.
  • Assess training needs of the department, identify/develop/facilitate trainings as appropriate and ensure all clinical staff are properly trained to perform effectively.
  • Ensure staff competency as it relates to service delivery, including, but not limited to: assessing individuals’ skills/needs, writing relevant and measurable goals.
  • Establish data collection and interpretation including, but not limited to: graphing data, and monitoring progress through intermittent analysis.
  • Provide emergency on call support as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Vaccination required

BCBA and substantial related experience

Must be able to work under stringent timeframes and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of OPWDD, state and federal regulations.
