Who you are:
With the rapid growth of CIEE, we are looking for an Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition to be a key support to the Director of TA and the larger TA Team across the full spectrum of TA deliverables. In this role, you will act as a center of excellence for the function and be responsible for ensuring that all aspects run smoothly which will ultimately set up the Director of TA and the Team for success.
What you’ll do:
- Support the Director of TA in developing, establishing, and implementing high-impact recruitment strategies and projects
- Act as the team lead in absence of TA Director
- Maintain organized and up-to-date TA tracking to ensure the accuracy and integrity of TA metrics and reporting
- Routinely audit CIEE jobs page for consistency in titling, language and overall CIEE employer brand
- Assist the Director of TA in strengthening and further developing CIEE’s employer brand
- Routinely audit the end-to-end recruitment process (gathering regular feedback from hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists) to ensure expedited and efficient service to our internal business partners
- Support the Director of TA to identify skills gaps and source training opportunities for TA Team to ensure continued professional development
- Other special projects related to TA
What you’ll bring:
- Readiness to grow and develop yourself and our Company
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Team management experience is a plus
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office suite, Excel, Teams)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the travel and/or work abroad industry is a bonus
- Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic and fast paced work environment
