We are seeking a dynamic and fun Assistant General Manager to play a critical role in our day-to-day operations and our mission to entertain, engage, and delight audiences of all ages.

As the Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Serving as the point person and stage host for special events and concerts, ensuring that our guests have the time of their lives.
• Managing the scheduling of staff and purchasing of supplies for our concessions department, making sure that we always have the right products in stock to satisfy our guests' cravings.
• Assisting with guest relations through the box office, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and appreciated.
• Participating in our now-famous Land Cruises by interacting with guests, leading activities, and helping to create unforgettable memories.
• Collaborating with our General Manager on marketing, brainstorming new ideas, and comedy show development, helping to shape the future of The Amish Country Theater.

• Prior experience in a theater or entertainment venue is a plus, giving you a head start in understanding the unique demands and opportunities of this exciting industry.
