Position Requirements

- 2-3+ years comparable management and leadership experience in a full-service kitchen

- Strong understanding of kitchen related systems

- Friendly, creative, hungry, driven, detail and standard focused

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including written and verbal

- Strong leadership and coaching savvy

- Solution-oriented, with a sound decision-making resolve

- Passionate, with a student-mentality approach to food and beverage

- Experience with food production in a high-volume, full-service restaurant setting

- Honest, and strong work ethic

- Good physical stamina and energy

- Experience with supporting a strong and successful team

- Knowledgeable and competent in restaurant financial management, including labor and COGS controls, P&L management, budget management, hitting targets

*English and Spanish speaking is a plus.
