Black Sheep Market is a small, family-owned specialty grocery market in Cambridgeport. We specialize in featuring exciting local products and being in close conversation with the needs of our community as well as carrying accessible grocery staples. Along with our market products, we also have a curated natural wine/craft beer selection and a coffee/pastry counter with a small coffee menu (hopes of expanding to an espresso bar) and breakfast pastries from a variety of local vendors (including our bagels that we get fresh from our cafe in Harvard Square).
We are now hiring a full-time Assistant General Manager to support our market team and work directly with store owners and General Manager. The ideal candidate for this role has managerial, customer service, retail and/or hospitality experience; an interest in growing long-term with an expanding business; an outgoing attitude; and an enthusiasm for learning about our mission/products.
