We are looking for the right person to fill our Full Time Assistant Manager position at our North Fargo location. This is a 40 hour a week position with flexibility to work Monday through Sunday!

Qualifications:

• Supports all store/warehouse employees in carrying out organizational goals and activities in a positive manner
• Experience in leading, managing, developing a team of retail associates
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, training, supervising, assigning and motivating staff, volunteers, and community service workers.

• Establish and maintain designated work areas and arrange as needed; always ensure a clean, orderly, and safe conditions. Ensure proper working condition of work areas, grounds, trucks, tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Understand and hold team accountable to meet quality standards of all saleable items

• At least two years in a supervisory capacity is required for this position.
• Depending on staffing will be required to drive cube van trucks
  

Minimum requirements

Applicants must be at least 19 years of age, have an active driver's license and insurable driving record, must pass a DOT physical, have a High School diploma or GED, and be able to pass a criminal background check. A CDL license is not required.
