Assistant Manager Job at Madrid Spanish Taverna
For our Host/Server position:
- Welcoming guests to the restaurant
- Providing accurate wait times and monitoring waiting lists
- Managing reservations
- Seating guests at designated table and/or bar
- Answering the restaurant telephone, taking reservations over the phone and in person, taking to-go orders
- Directing guests to restroom if needed and answering their questions
- Assisting servers if needed
- Providing menus to our guests and describe our style of restaurant and introduce our tapas, plates and desserts
- Handle any guests complaints/issues with a positive attitude and solution
- Provide a great dining experience while serving wine, liquor, and food
- Working as a team player ensuring all tasks are completed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $3.69 - $14.00 per hour
