Assistant Manager - Convenient Store - Cascade Locks Job at NEXGEN Team, LLC
Carson is taking applications for the position of Assistant Manager at our Cascade Locks station/convenient store. Candidates must have convenient store experience to oversee the day-to-day operations, as defined below:
Responsibilities:
- Staff supervision to ensure all employee responsibilities are met
- Assist customers at register
- Balance daily paperwork
- Daily bank deposit
- Load safe for vendor drops
- Ensure lottery/scratch-its are current and loaded
- Balance and load ATM
- Write checks for vendors
- Verify invoices for retail/cost percentages
- Manage required employee breaks
- Inventory management
- Miscellaneous errands for office supplies
- Oversee staffing requirements
- Cover breaks and shifts when needed
- Repair/maintenance calls for store and gas island
- Maintain and build positive relations with vendors
- Assist attendants with pumping gas and propane when needed
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications include:
- Convenient store experience in supervisory position
- Organized and multi-tasker
