TK Elevator is currently seeking an Assistant New Product Trainer in Atlanta, GA.

Responsible for helping improve individual and organizational performance towards TK Elevator new product lines (EVO) that are created by the organization. This role will identify training needs, develop annual training program and create instructional materials. Travel to facilitate training, point-of-contact with complex issues, support by providing solutions to specifications that will identify optimization of continuous improvement.

  • Develop and maintain process training for TK Elevator EVO Product to ensure clarity of understanding position requirements.
  • Deliver & facilitate product training to Elevator Mechanics / Field Engineers
  • Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
  • Creating presentations that outline the features and benefits of the new product line.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of the TK Elevator products and competitors.
  • Proactively troubleshoot problems and issues; and identify a solution by applying engineering skills and experience
  • Fosters a culture of safety and complete compliance with all laws, rules and regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Who we are looking for

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical / Engineering or combination of related experience and education is preferred.
  • Two (2) to five (5) years of product training / or technical / engineering experience.
  • Experience in traditional and modern training methods
  • Strong presentation skills are necessary.
  • Elevator experience (entry-level).
  • Understanding of the process / design methodologies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to apply analytical and logical thinking in gathering and analyzing data and situations.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proven record of executing and managing successful complex projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external contacts.
  • Ability to managing several projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to attainment of financial and/or labor efficiency goals.
