Nursing Assistant for our Med/Surg Unit. This is a Part time, 12 hour, night shift position. Monterey Park Hospital is a 101 bed acute care community hospital. Monterey Park Hospital has provided our community with advanced medical and culturally sensitive healthcare services for over 50 years.
Responsibilities:
The
Med/Surg
Nursing Assistant (NA) receives assignments from and reports to the CN and takes direction from the RN &/or LVN. The NA position is directly responsible for the delivery of high quality individualized basic nursing care. The NA utilizes knowledge of the patient’s age, developmental status, spiritual and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care. The NA position contributes to the provision of safety and quality nursing care that results in positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications
: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Nursing Assistant Certification preferred. Current BLS required.
Additional Information:
