- Must have a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree, preferred in Health Care Administration or Business
- Skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not necessary
- Excellent communication skills
- Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA) is preferred.
- Must be very professional and have leadership skills
