Objective:
We are seeking to hire Production Operators with opportunities to learn and grow with IFS Industries, Inc.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manufacture and package a variety of products through staging, mixing, blending and packaging tasks.
- Operate a variety of mixing / blending equipment across the plant floor as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move 55-pound bags in order to charge into reactors
- Ability to read and follow batch ticket operating instructions and record all required information batch tickets
- Ability to learn to troubleshoot basic manufacturing processes (pumps, valves, agitation, vacuum, pressure)
- Exhibit sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Follow plant policies and practices to ensure safety, quality, service
- Maintain an accurate inventory and minimizing waste
- Ensure excellent housekeeping and organization of work area

Requirements:Applicants should meet the following criteria:
Previous experience in a batch manufacturing setting preferred, not required (we will train you!)
Must follow all safety protocols and wear Personal Protective Equipment as required
Ability to work 8 hour/ 12 shifts, and overtime as needed
Mechanical aptitude/troubleshooting
Have Reliable Transportation
Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. in a consistent rhythm for the duration of the shift
Good communication (must read, write and speak understandable English) and have good basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide)
High school diploma or GED
