Description of Position: Assistant Property Managers work with an outstanding team of property managers and leasing specialists. On-the-job training for this position includes leasing, finance, and general property management.

• Compensation range between $20-22/hour depending on education/experience

Requirements to kick off a property management career at CSI:

• An Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required if there is relevant experience

• Affordable housing industry experience is a plus, however, we will consider candidates with diverse skills and backgrounds

• Must be able to lift and transport various materials weighing up to 30lbs
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance
• Ability to translate Russian, Armenian, or Spanish desirable but not required
