Assisted Living Manager Job at Lorien Elkridge
The Assisted Living Manager will oversee the success of the Assisted Living community. Partnering with residents, family members, and the staff; this position will be responsible for supporting the social service needs of residents, in addition to ensuring the highest quality of resident care and customer service in our community. The AL Manager provides complete oversight of the department's employees to include the Delegating Nurse, Charge Nurses, Caregivers and Medication Technicians.

Responsibilities and Qualifications of an AL Manager
- Must possess organizational skills and be detail oriented
- Familiar with COMAR regulations
- Familiar with resident service plans and assessments
- Familiar with OHCQ survey process
- Participate in on-call rotation
Requirements
- A 4 year degree is required, preferred in Health Care Administration
- 1 year of relatable experience
- Current AL Manager licensed or ability to obtain within the first 90 days of employment.

Schedule:
