We have Mental Health Clinician - Therapist openings within our Programs located in San Bernardino & Orange County - Upland, Colton, Rancho Cucamonga, Yucaipa, Redlands, & at our Outpatient Clinic in Fountain Valley.

As a Mental Health Therapist - Clinician, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to clients and families; including case management, education, de-stigmatization of mental health issues, and crisis intervention. Demonstrate high legal and ethical standards and operate from a culturally competent and strengths-based approach.

The Clinician will fulfill productivity requirements, comply with all documentation standards, and participate in an on-call rotation. You will also be responsible for outreach and engagement of the community, as well as facilitating small support and psychoeducational groups.

If necessary, the Clinician is responsible for coordinating Mental Health services and Link and Consultation services in a manner to ensure follow-through on the court-ordered service plans, IEP Mental Health Plans, or the development of a plan for families that are referred.

Licensure, Registration, Certification, Experience, & Education:

• Some programs require that the applicant be fully licensed (LMFT, PSY/LCSW/Ph.D.), while others only require an Associate’s license (AMFT - working toward their hours/full licensure) with an official license number and registered with the California BBS.
• All programs require a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
