Associate Director Payor And Physician Support Job at Northeast Healthcare Recruitment
Seeking an Associate Director of Payor Relations and Physician Support to be responsible for the delegated credentialing and payor relations necessary to support a 600+ member integrated physician practice. Management includes the oversight of 3.0 FTEs and the establishment of a dynamic tool for managing payor enrollment and delegated credentialing. The Associate Director will also be the lead person in all denial management specific to enrollment and payroll participation and will work to ensure a smooth and efficient on-boarding experience for new physicians.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree required, in Health Care or Finance preferred.
- Extraordinary experience may be considered in lieu of the education requirement.
- Minimum five (5) years prior work experience developing and managing protocols for payor enrollment
- Experience building a complex database is ideal, especially in a multi-site physician group setting.
- Membership in HFMA, ACHE or MGMA is a plus
