Position
The Associate, Information Management works on information technology initiatives and/or coordinates with cross-functional teams on related projects. The Associate works with department leadership to develop/maintain appropriate processes and procedures so the organization is operating efficiently and effectively. The Associate is a highly organized individual who serves as the point of contact for the organization’s networks, and CRM systems and will serve as a point of contact with various vendors and consultants.
Requirements:- Acts as the Service Desk Manager across departments.
- Helps develop processes and procedures for use of systems within the organization.
- Develops, maintains, and administers training programs for all information technology resources.
- Develops and maintains onboarding material and provides organizational platform training and guidance on best practices.
- Understands all the organization’s interrelated business processes.
- Recognizes internal and external business challenges in regard to business systems and recommends process, tools, or service improvements.
- Assists with the selection and development of new software systems.
- Assists with enforcing the IT policies, procedures and adherence.
- Serves as an administrator for the Google Apps environment and provides internal support to key stakeholders.
- Provides support to the organization’s working group platform, Higher Logic.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of work experience.
- Understands and uses new technology.
- Ability to take complex I/T terminology and communicate with non-I/T professional.
- Experience with a Google Apps environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.
