The TEC Group is urgently seeking an experienced Assistant Construction Project Manager for its national client. As the Assistant Project Manager, you will be tasked with monitoring the Commercial Construction job progress using a QSM program, including estimating, budgeting, and scheduling. Must also be able to purchase and coordinate the delivery of materials for the projects, objectively looking at the costs and quality of the materials. As the Assistant PM, you will play an integral part in the success of the project.
The right candidate MUST possess a four-year degree and have at least three years of prior Assistant PM experience. Excellent salary and growth opportunities abound! Must be highly motivated, self-driven, and love to collaborate with other team members.
