Core-Logix, an established Inbound Call Center in Maine is BUSY and looking for top performers with Sales or Call-Center experience to join our remote team! We have been leaders in the industry for more than 20-years, and remain adaptable and relevant through this constant changing atmosphere. We sell a variety of natural health products for our clients who advertise on TV, Radio, Web, and in various Printed mailers.

Qualifications:

· Applicants must be self-motivated, and dependable

· Possess good communication skills, and be detail oriented

· Have basic computer knowledge

· Must be able to think proactively, and to collaborate effectively

· Prior sales/call center experience (preferred)

· The desire to work full-time will make you stand out.

Responsibilities include:

· Complete our self-guided online training program

· Answer inbound calls from customers who are interested in a product they saw advertised

· Establish trust, and provide customers with solutions by selling products and services that enhance their lives

· Follow a script verbatim

· Overcome objections

· Ability to upsell/cross-sell additional products, and services

· Provide professional support, and detailed information

· Enter accurate customer orders

· Support of, and involvement in company policies, procedures, programs and training

Requirements:

· Working computer that is running high speed internet (plugged into an ethernet cable, not WI-FI), and operating on windows 10 or higher

· A headset with microphone (company can provide if needed)

· Ability to work from home in a quiet workspace without distractions

Please note you must live in the State of Maine, New Hampshire or Florida to apply

Highlights:

· Looking to fill immediate openings between 7am and midnight, 7-days a week (30-hours + per week minimum)

· WORK FROM HOME

· Paid by commission/earned bonus (unlimited earning potential- average agent makes $20+ per hour)

· Train remotely ($15-hr training for new hires)

· Inbound calls only, NO cold calling
