$78,588 - $125,064 annually, plus $3600 health care reimbursement and exceptional medical, dental and vision insurance.
Benton County is seeking applicants for a Civil Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. The position requires admission to the Washington State Bar. Litigation experience, and/or municipal law, state tax law, election law and/or public contracting preferred, but not required. Partial remote work is possible with periodic in-office days and is intended to provide for further opportunities for advancement within the office.

The Position
Successful applicants will be assigned advising elected officials and department heads, defending the county in litigation matters, and drafting and reviewing contracts. The position requires both academic and personal skills and provides opportunities for further development.
You must become a member of the Washington State Bar Association and have a valid driver’s license. You must also have a dedication to public service and a commitment to excellence.
