Audi Denver is currently seeking an Audi Technologist to support our customers in the service and sales departments!
Audi Technologist Requirements
As an Audi Technologist, you must embody the McDonald Automotive Way where “Doing Right Comes Naturally.” We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, approachable individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced environment where every day brings new challenges. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Your specific duties will include:
- Complete technology reviews with new Audi buyers
- Ensure that the customer understands the vehicle's technological features
- Assist customers by phone and in person with questions and set-up of technology integration
- Demonstrate technological features of vehicle and explain benefits
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Maintaining an excellent knowledge of new products, features and accessories available, and explaining their benefits to customers
- Create and File Videos for future use and distribution of FAQ’s
- Offer a Tech Tutorial to staff for continued learner and training
- Attending product training courses paid for and provided by the dealership at no cost to you
- Complying with all company policies, procedures and safety standards
Audi Technologist Duties
As an Audi Technologist, you will assist Audi new car buyers and service customers with all technology related issues and questions. Must display excellent customer service, be approachable and outgoing, and understand complex technology in our Audi vehicles or have the ability to learn it quickly
The ideal Automotive Sales Delivery and Technology Specialist will also have:
- Proven ability with and interest in the latest technology, auto enthusiasm also helpful
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customers
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills
- Identify with various cellular phones including Apple and Android platforms
- Have a understanding of Apple Car Play and Android Auto
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s and out’s
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record
