Audit Specialist IT Job at Meadowbrook Insurance Group Inc.
- Complete all aspects of the audit process, including risk assessment, planning, testing, and communicating audit results to senior management
- Complete the IT General Controls testing
- Identify, analysis, and test the security controls within and outside our framework
- Work with teams throughout the company to identify process improvements
- Participate in reviews of system implementations
- Develop, complete, and assist teammates with analytical testing
- Complete special projects as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
- One or more years of IT Audit Experience
- Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information Systems Security Professional or other related certification a plus
- IT General Controls testing and/or security controls testing experience
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Flexibility and ability to quickly change priorities
- Ability to interact professionally with others
- Sit, stand, walk/ambulatory
- Ability to lift 10 pounds
