Stanley Ford Pilot Point is seeking an individual to join our team as a Janitorial/Maintenance Worker
This position plays an important role in our ability to attract and satisfy our customers buying needs. You will be responsible for ensuring our dealership is clean and neat to provide a quality shopping experience for our customer base and a safe and enjoyable work environment for all employees.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $15 per hour
- Employer Paid Benefits after 61 days of employment!
- Paid time off after 90 days
- 401K participation eligible after 6 months of service
Qualifications
- Must pass background check (no felonies), drug test, and motor vehicle record check (no DWI, 1 at fault accident and/or 3 minor violations in the past 3 years)
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Performs various cleaning duties, such as
- Maintains restrooms including: cleaning all fixtures, floors and walls, and restocking supplies
- Maintains lot aesthetics by picking up trash.
- Maintains repair shop by mopping floors and emptying trash
Back up team members when needed
Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Standing for long periods of time; Typically, may bend, stoop, lift or carry objects weighting up to 50 pounds
